As you’ve completed your, it is better to do ielts while applying to any of the European countries as language proficiency is most to land in a great scholarship. Expenses vary from universities to universities and we can’t exactly tell you about the total cost. However, with good grades in your recent examinations and a couple of language tests, good application essays, etc would help you find scholarships to pursue your overseas education. Thanks.
